Shipping and Returns

- You'll receive a shipping notification with a tracking number when your order ships. Orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt Monday-Friday.

- Shipping mishaps happen. If it's our fault, we will gladly make it right.

However, Passing Notes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are a very small business, and if USPS/UPS says your item was delivered, we are unable to replace it.

- If you received a damaged product, please email us (passingnotesstudio@gmail.com) with your order number, name, and address, as well as photos of the damaged shipping bag/box, and the damaged product. We will connect with USPS/UPS to remedy the situation.

- Returns are allowed within 14 business days following its delivery. You are responsible for the cost to ship it back. Once we receive the product, and ensure it is in unused and unopened condition, we will refund your original payment. If you would like to start a return, please email us at passingnotesstudio@gmail.com.

- "I love your products but I don't see exactly what I am looking for, do you offer custom options?" Absolutely! Send us an email, and Bethany will get back to you quickly and collect information to bring your vision to life. 

- "Can I order in bulk?" Of course you can! Send us an email, include what item you are interested in and the quantity you are looking for, and we will send you pricing options.

- "Do you offer custom products for weddings, anniversaries, businesses, parties etc.?" It would be a joy to create a custom product for you! Send us an email, and Bethany will get back to you quickly.
